Directions
West
Take 495 east to Exit 70 (Manorville), which is Route 111. Take 111 south until it runs into 27 (Sunrise Highway). Head east on 27 until the traffic light at North Sea Road (there is a 7-11 on the southeast corner). Turn right onto North Sea Road and continue south. Continue south through 4 lights, the road becomes Main Street. Main Street will end at a Gin Lane where you will have to go right or left. Take a left, heading east on Gin Lane. Go through one stop sign at Little Plains Road and we are the second house on the right. For the main entrance, use the driveway on the east side of the tennis courts which has two white columns. For the service entrance, enter the driveway on the west side of the tennis courts.
From Southern State
Heading east on Southern State, take exit 41 (Montauk/Route 27). Head east on 27 until you come to the town of Southampton and the intersection of North Sea Road (there is a 7-11 on the southeast corner). Turn right onto North Sea Road and continue south. Continue south through 4 lights, the road becomes Main Street. Main Street will end at a Gin Lane where you will have to go right or left. Take a left, heading east on Gin Lane. Go through one stop sign at Little Plains Road and we are the second house on the right. For the main entrance, use the driveway on the east side of the tennis courts which has two white columns. For the service entrance, enter the driveway on the west side of the tennis courts.
From East of Southampton
Take 27 west past Water Mill. As you are entering Southampton, look for the Princess Diner on the left-hand side. There is a traffic light immediately after. Head straight through the traffic light. This road turns into Hampton Road. Continue west on Hampton Road until you come to Main Street (5th light). Make a left on Main Street. Main Street will end at Gin Lane where you will have to go right or left. Take a left, heading east on Gin Lane. Go through one stop sign at Little Plains Road. We are the second driveway on the right. For the main entrance, use the driveway on the east side of the tennis courts, which has two white columns. For the service entrance, enter the driveway on the west side of the tennis courts.
